1. WHAT MAG2 POWDER CONTAINS
The active substances are:

The other ingredients are:
Lactose, maltodextrin, mannitol, citric acid, flavourant, sucralose, colorant [E110], Silicon dioxide.
Contains Sweetener: 1,05 g of mannitol & 15 mg of sucralose per serving.
2. WHAT MAG2 POWDER IS USED FOR
Magnesium is a well-known substance with multiple health benefits.
Magnesium can provide the following benefits:
• Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism
• Contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system
• Contributes to normal electrolyte balance
• Contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue

3. BEFORE YOU TAKE MAG2 POWDER
Do not use:
• if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients in Mag2 Powder.
• if you are under the age of 9 years.

In general, health supplements should not be intended for supply to any children under the age of
seven (7) months old unless where supplementation is medically warranted.
Take special care with Mag2 Powder
Consult a relevant health care provider prior to use:
• prior to use if you are on any other medication
• prior to use if you have been diagnosed with any chronic conditions
• if under the age of 9 years. A dose reduction will be required. Consult heath care provider for
appropriate dose requirements.
A varied diet is the most effective and safe way to achieve good nutrition, health, body composition as
well as mental and physical performance
4. HOW TO USE MAG2 POWDER
Adults: Dissolve 7,5 g (one levelled teaspoon) of the powder in a glass of water. Take once daily.
Children under 9 years of age: Please contact a health care provider for dose adjustments for
children 9 years of age and under.
5. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Mag2 Powder can have side effects.
Not all side effects reported for this medicine are included in this leaflet. Should your general health
worsen or if you experience any untoward effect while taking this medicine, please consult your health
care provider for advice.
Tell your doctor if you notice any of the following:
• Allergic reaction (Hypersensitivity reaction)
• Diarrhoea
If you notice any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.

6. STORING AND DISPOSING OF MAG2 POWDER
Store all medicines out of reach of children.
Store in a dark, dry place at or below 25 ̊C.
Keep the container tightly closed.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle.
Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist.
Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains or sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).
